DayDream

Well, I'm not quite sure what spawned this one. It started out as a strangely colored daisy, but things quickly changed. I tend to just kind of go nuts with paints.
The original is 16x20.

I was watching the Making of the Labyrinth while painting this and it apparently did a lot to spur my imagination. The scan lost a bit of the colors, which is a shame, the flower has some very nice yellow's toward the middle. I made it look as close to the original as I could manage.
