When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Wow, I haven't done a comic in nearly a year. I've really missed it--and I've improved a lot since then, too.
For those who do not know, the little white haired boy (Yes, that is a boy) is Adenydd, the main character from my Torn from Grace plot. He's acutally something near 200 years old, but you'd never know. This is very out of character... Bryte is usually about this pissy, but he's the silent, brooding time. He doesn't normally go off like this. And no, Adenydd can't call down the hand of God to smite people. Even when they deserve it. But hey, it was a fun little comic to get me back in the swing of things. ...I have that bear, too. The moral of the story? Fear teh cute. I'm pleased with this, even though there are issues. I think it's good for my first time using tones, too. Big thanks to ^mangapunksai for all the encouragement and the links to tones. Ink on bristol, digital screentones and text. ...need to do a desent job drawing caption bubbles in the future. Bryte and Adenydd are mine. Edit: Sorry to make this pop back up on your list, just cleaning things up for Wizard Con. Everything's the same except I used a new font... looks much better, methinks. |

For the first time using tones, you've done well to reflect upon the varying textures of the characters, although the teddy's tone may sometimes clash with the sofa. But I still like the texture work being pulled off, which can help to give in more freedom to the overall image. ^^
Might as well fave this - well done Kay!

Bryte? The character you used to draw as a racoon? Yay, now I can lust over him! XD

mweeeeeeee.
Seriously, I love how you did this, the expressions could tell the story by themselves if you really wanted them to. The only thing that looks slightly off is his position in the first frame but that may just be me. The tones and characters look wonderful and very clean though.
