So yes, felt the urge to do something furry and cutesie after work today... so I did. I may move it to scraps soon, I'm not too thrilled with how it came out, but I do like how the layers all worked together. I didn't delete my udnerdrawing on this one, just dimmed it down so you can see how the image was built up.
Did this while watching Diary of a Mad Black Woman, so done in about 116 minutes.
You know that this is cute enough where you almost are required to send jark some cash, right?

What happened to "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me"? Now it's "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will destroy my fragile PC protected coddled fucking ego"...
Might want to dim the underlayer (sketching) a bit more. I mean, I like leaving it in myself, often... but it seems like a slight distraction in this otherwise nice picture...
Omg... it's so cute. I'm not used to someone higher on the DA chain doing something cute and furry like a lot of the people I lean toward and admire do. That style seems to be not so loved around here. This makes me happy happy. =3
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

~Cockroach Monster~
This is adorable, especially with those bottomless blue eyes. At first I thought you were going to say it was a start for an anthro picture of Ozzy.

i agree that the under-drawing is still a bit too prominent.
