As I assume many of you figured out, due to the symbol change, I am no longer an employee of DeviantArt. First off: please don't worry or be upset! Leaving was my choice, and it was done with an amazing amount of support and the blessings of so many people. That said, it was also the hardest decision I've ever made.
DeviantArt has been my home and my family for fifteen years. It's been amazing to work alongside some of the most dedicated, creative, passionate people I've ever met, and it's been an honor to serve this community. I've watched communities, fandom, the Internet as a whole change in so many ways, I've learned so much about myself

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to say thank you for all the birthday wishes. As you all probably know by now, I also write for a gaming blog, Gaming Trend, and I spent the days leading up to my birthday working very, very long days and wearing literal holes in my shoes while covering E3! It was amazing, I got to play Smash Bros, Pokemon Let's Go!, We Happy Few, Skull & Bones, and Trover Saves the World, among many others. It was great... but it also meant I had several dozen articles to write ASAP. :XD:

I know, I know, it's odd and it's not normal and... I think that's great. This isn't one of the core RPGs, so I feel like nothing's been muddied, and I'm excited to see the good folks at Game Freak experimenting a bit.
For those wondering, I spent way too much time analyzing every single second of the trailer so I could write up a news article for GT. The more I watched, the more I realized just how many of my wishlist items this title is set to deliver. A few months ago, I wrote up a wishlist for a Pokémon title on the Switch, (it's here, so you can see I'm not making these things up!

I'm super excited to be doing a livestream Q&A session with Steven S. DeKnight, the director of Pacific Rim Uprising! We'll be going live at DeviantArt's Facebook today at 1PM PST/4PM EST, and I'll be asking Steven your questions!
