Dragons and Kittens and Down Time, Oh My!

Something of a more substantial update than the last one, huzza!

First off--how are all of you doing?? I've had two sinus infections in as many months, so I've been more tired and less productive than I'd like... but I'm on the up and up, and keeping myself busy!

Did you guys read my Cat Café April fool's article? DeevElliott approached me with the idea for the article, it was super fun to write! spotted came back with some revisions, wanting more focus on art foods as well as demanding that dogs be allowed during the weekend. Reading the comments was super fun, even if I was home, sick, in bed that day.

I also have to say that I've really been digging Story of Seasons. The opening tutorial was pretty painful and had me concerned that I wouldn't enjoy the game. Fortunately, first impressions were incorrect, I'm finding it to be one of the more enjoyable and addicting Harvest Moons yet. I'm just about to enter Winter of Year 1, so excited for my romantic prospect to (finally) show up. The music is absolutely beautiful this game, and while I'm still a little 'meh' on the graphics, I'm getting lost in how much there is to do in the game. At the same time, they've made a lot of the farming less of an actual chore, so it's easy to enjoy the game itself more. I'm also really, really digging the Conquest system, watching  my territory slowly expand.

...Is anyone else sneaking peeks at the on-set photos of the Deadpool movie and getting as excited as I am? It's looking great so far, and they're even giving him all the facial scars that Deadpool is supposed to have! I expected that to be the first thing to go, because everyone wants pretty, right? I so hope this movie turns out as amazing as it should be.

That's all I have to ramble about just now, I believe. I'm looking forward to Game of Thrones starting again, anything you guys are looking forward to or dreading this season?
