Pokemon Let's Go!

Is anyone else as excited about this as I am?

I know, I know, it's odd and it's not normal and... I think that's great. This isn't one of the core RPGs, so I feel like nothing's been muddied, and I'm excited to see the good folks at Game Freak experimenting a bit.

For those wondering, I spent way too much time analyzing every single second of the trailer so I could write up a news article for GT. The more I watched, the more I realized just how many of my wishlist items this title is set to deliver. A few months ago, I wrote up a wishlist for a Pokémon title on the Switch, (it's here, so you can see I'm not making these things up!) and while not everything I'd hoped for has been definitively confirmed or denied, the list of features I'd hoped for includes:

• Pokémon in the overworld
• Walking Pokémon
• Petting/bonding with your Pokémon
• The return of the Pokéwalker--though I'm not looking forward to paying $45 for the Pokéball Plus
  
• More social features (2 player co-op! WOW!!)
• The death of HMs (confirmed in the Q&A after the presentation)

TL;DR: I'm hyped, and November can't come soon enough! I'm holing out hope that I'll get to spend a quality time with a playable demo at E3. Fingers crossed!
